Handmade ceramics in France

All the pieces made are unique because they are handmade. They therefore do not correspond to the nearest millimeter to the dimensions indicated and vary from the photos offered.

The properties linked to this document are the properties which are displayed on our site at the time you access it. All information, descriptions or images that we provide about our goods are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every product or service we provide. You agree to purchase such goods at your own risk.

2. PRICE
The prices are indicated in euros all taxes included (TTC).
3. VAT
The self-employed Emma Vallet is not subject to VAT, under article CGI 293B

4. PAYMENTS

We accept the following payment methods on the site:

When you provide your Payment Information, you are confirming to us that you have authorized authorization and access to the Payment Instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment terms, you confirm that you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument;

5. TRANSPORT AND DELIVERY
​
When you make a purchase from our site, you agree and acknowledge that you provide a valid email and shipping address for the order. We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary.
If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment method. Although we aim to provide you with an accurate estimate of shipping times and costs, these may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Once registered, the order is delivered to the address indicated by the user.
Emma Vallet undertakes to deliver the items ordered as soon as possible. The average times observed are 3 to 5 working days for home delivery. Delivery times are only given as an indication; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the user reimbursed.
For the delivery of its deliveries Emma Vallet cannot be held responsible for the loss, misplacement or theft of an order. The risks are borne by the user from the moment the products have left the shipping premises. In the event of damage during transport, the reasoned protest must be sent to the carrier within three days (as an indication) of delivery.

6. REFUND POLICY

If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid.

If the shipping times exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the user reimbursed.

No refund can take place outside the reasons mentioned above.
